Dear Friends and Clients of Gallery Gabor,
We are all trying to get back to our normal way of life after the
tragic events of September 11 2001. To put on an exhibition of Gabor's
recent work in the fall has been an annual event. In April this
year Csopi and Gabor had a wonderful trip to California to visit
with our friends Li and Alex near San Francisco, and Jean and Lloyd
in Calistoga, Napa Valley.
Gabor painted watercolours and pastels throughout the trip including
a short stay at Fort Bragg and Mendocino. There are seascapes, landscapes,
interiors and flowers and even a couple of cats. During the summer
Gabor painted in Toronto in his studio every day and there is a
selection of works largely consisting of Flower Still Lives in several
mediums.
We are trying out a new way of welcoming
our friends and clients.
Hence you and your friends are cordially invited to attend a four
day opening of the show.

The Exhibition will remain on view until November 4th Sunday, but
business hours will be as follows: Monday to Friday by appointment
or by chance (Gabor maybe in the gallery but you would have to ring
the doorbell).
Regular business hours: Saturday and Sunday 2:00 - 6:00 p.m.
We hope to see you and your friends either at the openings or whenever
it suits you.
